Buyers Mary and Justin met with me in early Spring of 2019. They had decided they had outgrown their home, and would sell as soon as they could find a home that met their growing family’s needs.
As it turns out, finding a home with their list of criteria was a little difficult in the beginning. Every home we toured didn’t quite fit… that is, until we found a builder.
Hoang Do of GGHomes is a builder that specializes in buying old homes in South Minneapolis. In particular, he adds square footage to these homes by adding a second floor and finishing basements.
Mary and Justin were able to put an offer in on a home, and help make some of the decisions for the finishes: color choice on interior and exterior, tile, cabinets, flooring selection and lighting. It took a little over 6 months to complete, but they were able to get exactly what they wanted in this desired South Minneapolis location. I’m super happy for this growing family! Welcome home! 🙂
